hi! i'm leanna
nice to meet you :) I started doing wedding videography in 2019, professional portrait photography in 2022, and shot my first wedding as a lead photographer in 2024. I took a class or two on photography/videography in college, but it wasn't my main focus and I'm mostly self-taught. this is not my "day job," but I've found that the creative outlet definitely keeps me sane and stimulated. I have loved venturing into a more editorial style of posing, and I love keeping my edits true to color!
I'm from the triangle area of NC and I have lived here all my life; I wouldn't have it any other way! here are some quick facts about me:
- I'm a cat person all the way and I have four kitties: Cisco, Mittens, Suki, and Franklin
- My husband and I were high school sweethearts and have been together for almost seven years! We got married in April 2024 <3
- My favorite TV shows are The Haunting of Hill House, Jane the Virgin, and The Office

where are you located?
I am located about 30 minutes East of Raleigh and do sessions all throughout the Triangle Area, but I am ready and willing to go where the art calls us!
do you have any assistants who help you?
yes! I definitely find myself needing an assistant on wedding days (and for some occasional photoshoots). my mom, Cindy, and my husband, Josh, take turns accompanying me to weddings to help me charge batteries, run cameras, set up equipment, and more.
